Where can I buy tickets?

A: Follow the “buy tickets” link on the event’s calendar entry to buy online. You can also purchase tickets through The Grey Eagle box office (located at 185 Clingman Ave). The Grey Eagle box office is open on show nights beginning at 5pm (box office is closed if there is no show that evening). There is a $1.50 surcharge when purchasing tickets The Grey Eagle box office. Tickets can also be purchased at Harvest Records and Records In The RAD during their normal business hours.

Where should I park?

We have limited parking spaces in our on-site parking lot. For larger events be on the look out for specific shuttle info.

Can I bring a chair?

A: Camp-style chairs are welcome. During larger shows in the big field chairs will be regulated to a designed area.

Can I get a refund on my ticket if I can’t make it to the show?

We do not offer refunds. The best thing to do would be to sell it to a friend or to someone on Craigslist/Facebook for face value.

I bought tickets to a show that was postponed, and I can’t make the new date. Refunds?

Yes, you may request a full refund anytime up to 48 hours before the event. Submit your refund request by contacting Requests with 48 hours of the event will not be honored.

Do you have any age restrictions?

95% of our shows are all ages. We do require that anyone under the age of 16 be accompanied by a parent/chaperone. For most shows, any children ages 6 and older require a ticket.

What is your video/camera policy?

We only allow cell phone cameras and cell phone videos, unless you have approval from the band or management prior to the show. NO FLASH ALLOWED.

Do you serve liquor?

We do serve liquor drinks (pretty straight forward cocktails, i.e. no tiki drinks), local, domestic, imported beer and wine. No we don’t have Fireball.

What if I left my tab open at the bar?

We’ll buy a round of drinks for everyone at the bar….KIDDING! We add 20% gratuity to all open tabs at the end of the night. You don’t need to do anything.

How do I get information on booking special events, weddings, private parties?

Is there food available?

Short answer is — yes! We do our best to have food trucks at each event. Things happen and sometimes at the last minute scheduled food trucks cancel or are unable to attend for various reasons.
